1. Organization

Greater Philadelphia Alliance Social Service Center (GPASS) is a Pennsylvania nonprofit organization providing community-based services to individuals and families in the Greater Philadelphia area.

2. Drug & Alcohol Program

During the reporting year, GPASS provided drug and alcohol treatment services to individuals seeking assistance with substance use disorders.

Services included, as applicable:

• Substance Use Disorder assessment and treatment
• Individual counseling
• Group counseling
• Case management/support services
• Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) support
• Referrals to community resources
• Recovery and supportive services

3. Activities and Accomplishments. During the fiscal year, GPASS:

• Continued to provide accessible substance use disorder services to the community.
• Supported individuals in treatment and recovery.
• Connected clients with appropriate medical, behavioral health, housing, and community resources.
• Maintained compliance with applicable Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs requirements.
• Continued staff training and quality-improvement activities.
• Worked to strengthen coordination of care and community partnerships.
